Bookings and cancellation policy
We understand that life doesn’t always run smoothly and there are times when you may need to cancel an appointment. A deposit of 50% of your treatment price will be payable when booking and is redeemable against your treatment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow at least 48 hours notice and we will be pleased to put your deposit towards a new booking. We regret that we cannot transfer or refund deposits for treatments missed or where less than 48 hours notice is received. Once made, all deposits and full payments made are non-refundable.
Treatment courses must be completed within 6 months of purchasing booking to qualify for the full discount. Refunds or partial refunds will not be offered on any incomplete courses. Our course offer means that when you book 5 of the same treatment, you will receive a 6th treatment for free. If the complimentary treatment does not match the original treatment course, or, if it exceeds the original treatment value, the difference in price will be payable by the customer.
Spa Persona gift vouchers (e-vouchers) can be used to purchase treatments or packages from us and arrange appointments. They can be redeemed online or in one of our locations towards the treatment listed on the voucher, same, greater or lesser service value. They cannot be used to purchase products or other goods. Once purchased, Spa Persona gift vouchers (e-vouchers) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit alternatives. All Spa Persona vouchers come with a 4 month longevity giving the lucky recipient plenty of time to redeem. We regret, we cannot extend beyond the gift voucher (e-voucher) expiration. The recipient can, however, arrange an appointment date and time outwith the expiration date with the voucher (e-voucher) providing the voucher (e-voucher) has been used before it.
